Job Role: TA Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to hiring and onboarding them. They work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role also involves employer branding, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and staying updated on recruitment trends

Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attraction: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and networking events.

Screening and Assessment: Evaluating resumes, conducting interviews (phone, in-person, or virtual), and assessing candidate qualifications.

Collaboration and Communication: Working with hiring managers to understand their needs, providing regular updates on recruitment progress,



and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process.

Offer Management: Negotiating salaries, extending offers, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding: Promoting the company's brand and culture to attract top talent.

Process Improvement: Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, staying updated on recruitment trends, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Required skills and qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role in IT and Non-IT domains like FMCG, BFIS, Supply chain, Import/Export, Logistics, Manufacturing companies, BPO, Telecom, Fintech, etc.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and qualified networks
