Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic direction and overall leadership to the Group, driving business growth, operational excellence, profitability, and organizational transformation. The CEO will work closely with the Managing Director to execute the company's long-term vision while ensuring sustainable growth, robust governance, and enhanced stakeholder value.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's strategic and annual business plans
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance
- Lead manufacturing,



sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, HR, and other corporate functions
- Strengthen operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization across all business units
- Identify new business opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and performance-driven culture
- Ensure robust corporate governance, statutory compliance, and risk management
- Foster innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Represent the Group with customers, business partners, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
- Minimum 20 years of leadership experience, including significant experience in senior executive roles
