*Role Description*

*We are looking for freelance recruitment partners to support our urgent and ongoing BPO hiring requirements. This is a remote, performance-based prospect suitable for independent recruiters and recruitment agencies with access to active BPO candidate databases.*

*The Recruitment Partner will source, screen, and refer suitable candidates according to the requirements shared by Dhimsom Group. Partners will coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process and help ensure interview attendance, timely follow-ups, and successful joining.*

*Key Responsibilities*

*• Source candidates for ongoing BPO requirements*

*• Screen applicants according to the eligibility criteria*

*• Explain job details, shifts, salary, location,



and joining requirements*

*• Share accurate candidate information in the prescribed format*

*• Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates*

*• Maintain regular communication until the candidate joins*

*• Avoid duplicate, incorrect, or previously processed profiles*

*• Follow ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices*

*Qualifications*

*• Experience in BPO recruitment, bulk hiring, staffing, or talent sourcing*

*• Strong access to active candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, or recruitment groups*

*• Good communication, screening, coordination, and follow-up skills*

*• Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates*

*• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and online recruitment platforms*

*• Recruitment agencies and individual freelance recruiters may apply*

*• A degree is preferred but not mandatory f
