Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Infrastructure Services Delivery Program Manager role based in Mumbai. The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements, service-level commitments,



and Allied Digital’s Integrated Service Delivery Framework. Daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple infrastructure projects, managing timelines and budgets, and mitigating delivery risks. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors, as well as tracking performance metrics and preparing regular status reports. The Program Manager will also contribute to process improvements, support continuous service optimization, and ensure that infrastructure services are scalable, secure, and resilient.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure and Information Technology skills, with experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services.
