Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Storage Engineer L2 with strong expertise in NetApp StorageGRID (Object Storage) administration and enterprise storage management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing NetApp storage environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and data protection across production infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support NetApp StorageGRID (Object Storage) production environments.
- Manage and maintain NetApp Storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor storage capacity, performance, and health using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Perform storage provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Implement and manage data protection solutions, including replication, snapshots, and backups.
- Troubleshoot storage-related incidents, performance issues, and capacity concerns.
- Support storage migration and disaster recovery activities.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams.




- Create and maintain storage architecture documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call support and critical incident management when required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and operational standards.

Required Technical Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise Storage Administration.
- Solid hands-on experience with NetApp StorageGRID (Object Storage).
- Experience managing enterprise storage production environments.
- Knowledge of Object Storage concepts, S3 protocols, buckets, tenants, and lifecycle policies.
- Experience with NetApp ONTAP, SAN, NAS, NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel.
- Understanding of Storage Replication, Snapshots, Disaster Recovery, and Backup solutions.
- Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of VMware
