About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated
Field Coordinator
to manage on-ground program activities and ensure smooth implementation of our initiatives. This role involves working closely with communities, coordinating field operations, and supporting program execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee field-level program activities
- Act as the main point of contact between the organization and the community
- Conduct field visits, surveys, and data collection
- Support implementation of education and outreach programs
- Monitor progress and report on field activities
- Organize workshops, awareness sessions, and events
- Ensure timely execution of projects as per plan

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in NGO or field-based roles preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work in field locations
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
