Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience (excluding Paint Industry) and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Meet architects, builders, contractors, consultants, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients to promote products and solutions.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with prospective clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order execution, and customer support.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer concerns.
