Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and expanding the company’s network of travel partners. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, develop sales strategies, prepare proposals,



and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, presenting holiday package solutions, coordinating with internal operations and marketing teams, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also requires regular reporting on pipeline status, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales negotiation.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management within travel, hospitality, or related sectors.
