Role Description
This full-time remote role is for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Senior Consultant. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on best practices, preparing functional and technical documentation,



managing integrations with other HR and payroll systems, and resolving complex issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior consultants, conducting user training, and supporting change management activities to ensure successful adoption. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to optimize HR and payroll processes and ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Solid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise, including configuration, data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Deep experience with Employee Central Payroll, including schema, rules, wage types, and country-specific payroll requirements.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as core HR, time management, benefits, organizational management, and payroll operations.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and interfaces between SuccessFactors and other H
