Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as Cisco ASA firewalls, Checkpoint firewalls, FortiGate firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper SRX series devices.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex network problems.
