Family Relationship Manager (India+Offshore)

Role Overview:
The Family Relationship Manager (India+Offshore) will act as a support to the VP as a dedicated single point of contact
for one of the branches of the family settled offshore in Europe, with interests across the UK,
Europe, and Singapore. This role is embedded within a unified family office structure and is
responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between the family branch and the wider family
office functions. The role demands a globally attuned qualified who can liaise across time zones
and cultures, with the ability to execute a wide range of mandates spanning lifestyle, administrative,
investment, and advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison between the assigned family branch and the centralized family
office team.
Understand the preferences, priorities, and values of the family branch to provide
customized support.




Facilitate regular communication and reporting on matters of importance to the family.

Execution Across Domains
Handle a broad spectrum of mandates across investment coordination, lifestyle
management, tax advisory, documentation, asset oversight, and succession-related support.
Coordinate with global banks, legal and immigration counsel, tax advisors, real estate
consultants, and fiduciary service providers.
Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion with high standards of discretion and
accuracy.

Cross-Border Coordination
Maintain a strong understanding of residency programs, tax residency rules, and reporting
requirements in Europe, the UK, and Singapore.
Support the family branch in navigating cross-border regulations and structuring needs in
alignment with local and international best practices.
