Job Description of HRBP

Act as the primary HR partner for assigned business units.

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.

Build strong relationships with employees and managers to understand concerns and improve engagement.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution while ensuring fairness and confidentiality.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
