Field Sales Manager- B2B Lead Generation

Full-time, field + in-store | Siliguri

An established retail and B2B supply business in Siliguri — serving hotels, restaurants, cafes and caterers across North Bengal, Sikkim and the Northeast — is hiring a Field Sales Executive to go to market, generate leads, and close new business. This is a sales and business development role. If you like being out in the market, meeting decision-makers, and chasing deals to close, this is for you.

Responsibilities
- Field Sales & Business Development: Visit hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers and institutions across the region. Build relationships with owners and buyers, and open new accounts.
- Lead Generation: Generate new B2B leads through field visits, referrals and follow-ups. Keep the sales pipeline full.
- Conversion: Follow up on every lead and visit, send quotations, negotiate, and close deals. Own the pipeline from first visit to sale.
- Pipeline Tracking: Log every visit and lead the same day. Use AI tools and simple digital trackers to stay organised and follow up on time.




- Store & Team Support: Support the sales floor and team, help keep the store well displayed, and back up the online store when needed.

Required Skills (non-negotiable)
- 1–3 years in field sales, B2B sales, or business development — comfortable meeting new customers and closing deals.
- Willing to travel across North Bengal, Sikkim and the Northeast for outdoor sales.
- Solid spoken and written English — a must.
- Tech-savvy and AI-friendly — quick with smartphones, apps and AI tools (ChatGPT and similar) to organise leads, follow-ups and daily work.
- Basic Excel and comfort with digital / online selling tools.

Preferred
- Nepali language is a strong bonus (large part of the market).
- Existing contacts in the HoReCa / hospitality trade.
- Comfortable travelling for field visits (own vehicle not required).
