About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with mandatory RPA experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis skills along with hands-on experience in identifying, analyzing, and documenting automation opportunities using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Key: Candidates without RPA experience will not be

considered.

Mandatory Requirements
- 4-6 years of overall Business Analysis experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on RPA Business Analysis experience (Mandatory).
- Experience in process discovery, requirement gathering, and automation assessment.
- Strong documentation skills with Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Experience working with RPA Developers and Solution Architects throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.




- Immediate to early joiners are highly preferred.
- Pune-based candidates will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate business processes suitable for automation.
- Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Develop process maps using Visio, Gliffy, or similar process-mapping tools.
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with RPA Developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business users.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate automation outcomes.
- Provide project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities beyond automation.
