Lead International School of Design’s franchise expansion and operations across India. Build and manage a high-performance sales team of Franchise Sales Managers and tele-callers. Own the complete sales funnel from mature leads to signed franchise agreements and long-term operational support to franchisees.
Key Responsibilities
● Close 90-100 franchise deals annually
● Build and coach high-performing sales teams
● Develop franchise sales strategy and territory planning
● Manage full sales pipeline and forecasting
Qualifications
● 5+ years B2B sales leadership experience (franchise/education/real estate preferred)
● Proven track record closing ₹25L+ ticket size deals
● Experience managing 4-8 direct reports minimum
● Expertise in franchise sales processes (FDD, territory analysis)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
