About the Role:

Herc Material Handling LLP is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Electrical Engineer to spearhead our control panel design, assembly, and commissioning. This isn't just a desk job—you will be the brain behind our EOT crane and hoist control systems, translating concepts into 2D AutoCAD schematics, physically wiring the panels, and ensuring they run flawlessly on-site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Design & AutoCAD Drafting
- Design and develop detailed 2D electrical schematics for power and control circuits using AutoCAD.
- Draft accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), cable schedules, and panel layout drawings.
- Integrate both VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) and conventional non-VFD (contactor-based) logic into crane control systems.

2. Panel Assembly & Physical Wiring
- Lead and execute the physical wiring and assembly of control panels for hoists and EOT cranes.




- Ensure all wiring complies with industry standards, safety protocols, and neatness guidelines (proper ferrule marking, lugging, and routing).
- Conduct component testing (contactors, relays, VFDs, timers, and protection devices) before final panel dispatch.

3. Site Testing & Troubleshooting
- Travel to client sites as required to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of control panels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults, wiring errors, or drive parameters on active hoists and cranes.
- Provide technical support and training to site operators when necessary.

Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in designing and wiring control panels specifically for material handling equipment (EOT Cranes, Hoists, Gantry Cranes, Jib Cranes).
