Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for recruitment and people management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments during the hiring process.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and HR documentation.
QualificationsYour Work & Skills
- Pursuing or completed an MBA (HR), BBA, or any Bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
