Senior Executive - M&A; Deal Execution - Mumbai

We are hiring a Senior Executive for a Transaction Advisory role, offering exposure across the full deal lifecycle including M&A;, divestitures, and joint ventures. This role involves financial analysis, due diligence, business modelling, and end-to-end transaction execution support.

Location - Mumbai.

Responsibilities -

1. Deliver high-quality client materials such as teasers, pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations to effectively communicate transaction opportunities.
2. Conduct structured industry and company research, highlighting market positioning, product portfolio, synergies, and key risks.
3. Analyze financial statements and business models to generate insights supporting transaction feasibility and strategic recommendations.
4. Prepare financial models, business plans, and scenario analyses,



and validate assumptions for valuation and decision-making.
5. Perform financial due diligence including data analysis, document review, and preparation of deliverables to ensure risk mitigation.

Requirements -

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, consulting, or related domains.
2. CA qualification.
3. Prior experience with Big 4 or reputed professional services firms preferred.
4. Understanding of M&A; transactions, financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
