Job Summary

Chandigarh University is looking for a energetic and strategic
Brand Manager
to lead brand development, positioning, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening the university's brand presence, driving student engagement, enhancing reputation, and executing impactful branding campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights.

Brand Identity Management
- Maintain consistency of the university's visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Ensure uniform brand representation across all marketing and communication channels.

Marketing & Content




- Plan and execute integrated branding and marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for websites, social media, brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and content teams to create impactful creatives.

Brand Promotion & Engagement
- Manage digital branding initiatives across social media and online platforms.
- Represent the university at events, exhibitions, seminars, and industry forums.
- Build partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Performance Analysis
- Track brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Admissions, Academic Departments, Student Services, Alumni Relations, and Digital Mar
