Sales Director
to lead and scale our sales function across IT hardware, CCTV/security, AV, and networking solutions — driving revenue growth across tender/institutional, channel/distributor, and enterprise/direct sales.

About the Role

The Sales Director will own the company's overall sales strategy and P&L; responsibility for revenue targets, lead a multi-vertical sales team, and build robust relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and key enterprise/government clients. This role reports directly to the CEO/Managing Director and plays a critical part in shaping business growth, market expansion, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

*Strategy & Leadership*
- Define and execute the annual sales strategy across tender, channel, and enterprise segments
- Set revenue targets, sales budgets, and KPIs for the sales team
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across regions/verticals
- Report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the CEO/MD

*Tender & Institutional Sales*




- Drive Pan-India tender business — identify, qualify, and pursue government/PSU/institutional tenders
- Work closely with the pre-sales and procurement teams to ensure competitive, compliant bids
- Build relationships with consultants, PMCs, and government bodies to gain early tender visibility

*Channel & Distributor Sales*
- Develop and expand the distributor, dealer, and system integrator network
- Drive channel partner engagement, incentive programs, and joint business planning
- Ensure healthy channel margins and conflict-free market coverage

*Enterprise & Direct Sales*
- Build and manage key enterprise accounts across BFSI, retail, corporate, hospitality, and industrial sectors
- Lead solution-selling efforts for CCTV, AV, networking, and IT infrastructure projects
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — for large-ticket direct deals
