Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s finance function and drive its IPO journey. The ideal candidate should have solid global finance experience, strategic leadership capabilities, and expertise in managing international business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IPO readiness and post-IPO financial management.
- Drive fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management.
- Lead Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) and strategic financial initiatives.
- Oversee global finance operations, governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and business strategy.
- Partner with leadership to support business growth across international markets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: CA (Mandatory); MBA/CFA preferred.
- Strong experience in IPO, Investor Relations, M&A;, Fundraising, and Corporate Finance.
- Exposure to international markets such as the US, Italy, China, Manila, and other global regions.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
