Role Overview

The HR Business Partner Lead will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies that support business goals. The role focuses on talent management, performance, employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and building a positive employee experience while ensuring effective execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement action plans based on employee feedback.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving workplace issues, and supporting managers.
- Support manpower planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring.
- Manage organizational change initiatives, restructures,



and business transitions.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Act as the HR Point of Contact for POSH, ensuring statutory compliance, awareness programs, and coordination with the Internal Committee.
- Track HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance, and provide insights to business leaders.
- Manage and maintain the HRMS (GreyHR or similar), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify skill gaps and support employee development initiatives.
