Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced Project Head to lead the complete execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role is responsible for delivering projects within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards while ensuring statutory compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Project Head will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with Design, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Finance, and Liaison departments to ensure seamless project execution. (LinkedIn)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple real estate projects from planning to final handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, MEP consultants,



and contractors.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Review project budgets, BOQs, contractor bills, and cost reports.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with the Procurement team.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Ensure adherence to RERA, local authority approvals, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Implement and monitor safety standards and quality control procedures across all sites.
- Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, Planning, and MEP teams.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit MIS reports to Senior Management.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Facility Management teams for timely possession and project handover.
