KHMD is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger tasks. This is a great prospect for an early-career accounting professional to grow within a dynamic solar

manufacturing company while gaining hands-on SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and on time.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices; monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and basic accruals.
- Enter and maintain accounting transactions and vendor/customer master data in SAP.
- Assist in reconciling sub-ledgers (AP/AR) to the general ledger.
- Help prepare schedules and supporting documentation for audits and tax filings.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and filing systems.




- Assist Senior Accountants and the Controller with ad hoc reporting and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Semi Qualified CA/CMA or equivalent experience).
- 13 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; manufacturing exposure is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SAP (FI module) preferred; willingness to learn SAP required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, accruals, reconciliations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in a manufacturing or industrial company.
