We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and data-driven hiring processes, while also supporting onboarding and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical capabilities to drive recruitment effectiveness and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using various sourcing platforms
- Conduct interviews and ensure smooth candidate engagement and experience
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and draft job descriptions
- Maintain and update employee records through HRMS
- Develop and manage trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports
- Monitor recruitment success metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)
and provide actionable insights
- Plan and control hiring budgets to ensure cost-effective recruitment
- Support onboarding programs and employee engagement activities
- Ensure HR policies and processes remain updated and compliant
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR, with solid exposure to recruitment and HR operations
- Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HRMS platforms
- Hands-on experience in data management, recruitment analytics, and success metrics
- Strong interviewing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making
