Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based at MGM Cancer Institute in Chennai. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for cancer, including administering medications and infusions, monitoring vital signs, and managing treatment side effects.



Daily responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patients and families with education about treatment plans and self-care. The role also involves adhering to infection control protocols, ensuring safety and comfort in inpatient and outpatient settings, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills in assessment, medication administration, monitoring of treatment responses, and management of oncological emergencies.
