Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for managing and optimizing ecommerce operations across client platforms. This includes setting up and maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, and ensuring accurate and compelling product information. The role involves analyzing site performance and campaign data, supporting online promotions,



and collaborating with marketing and web development teams to improve conversion rates and user experience. The Ecommerce Specialist will also respond to ecommerce-related customer inquiries, assist in troubleshooting order and payment issues, and provide feedback to enhance processes and service quality.

Qualifications
