Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Real Estate Management processes.
- Configure and customize SAP RE-FX solutions based on client requirements.
- Implement end-to-end RE-FX business processes including:
- Real Estate Contracts
- Lease-In and Lease-Out Management
- Rent Calculation
- Service Charge Settlement
- Property and Asset Management
- Integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, AA, PM, and MM modules.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.




- Conduct user training sessions and create business process documentation.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and support.
- Expertise in Lease Contract Management and Real Estate Master Data.
- Experience in Rent Determination, Condition Management, and Contract Accounting.
- Knowledge of IFRS 16 / Lease Accounting processes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of integration with SAP FI/CO.
- Experience in Incident Management, Change Requests, and Enhancement Projects.
- Ability to work directly with business users and client stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
