Job Summary

Genuine Biosystem Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Production Supervisor Trainees for our Medical Device (IVD) Manufacturing facility at Oragadam, Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in production and manufacturing.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training in Production Operations, Documentation, GMP, and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems, with career progression to Production Supervisor based on performance.

Role & responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities.
- Prepare production documentation (BMR, BPR, Log Books).
- Supervise filling, packing, and labeling operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, and Warehouse.
- Monitor production targets and maintain production records.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and cleanroom practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile




- Fresh graduates with a solid interest in Production and Manufacturing.
- Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Sc., BBA, B.Com., BA, or equivalent)BA (Economics, English, or other disciplines).
- Experience: 01 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a Medical Device (IVD) Manufacturing environment.
- Eagerness to learn ISO 13485, GMP, and Quality Management System (QMS) practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and a willingness to take responsibility.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Chennai / Oragadam / Kancheepuram will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
