Key Responsibilities

ERP Support & Administration
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users across multiple global manufacturing locations.
- Serve as a point of contact for Business Central issues, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
- Manage ERP security roles, permissions, configurations, and master data governance.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external partners to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to maximize ERP effectiveness.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with business leaders and end users to understand operational requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Document current-state and future-state workflows, business requirements, and system solutions.
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and facilitate decision-making.
- Evaluate and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency,



data accuracy, and operational performance.

Manufacturing Systems Support
- Support manufacturing-related Business Central modules and processes including:
- Production Orders
- Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Routings
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing
- Warehouse Operations
- Shop Floor Processes
- Costing and Manufacturing Reporting
- Partner with operations teams to improve manufacturing workflows and ERP utilization.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for manufacturing planning, execution, and reporting.

Project & Implementation Support
- Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, and continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate testing activities including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of system changes.
