We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of
Associate Director – Financial Crime Detection RISK AND CTRL.
In This Role, You Will
- Analyze data assets and generate insights aligned with business outcomes and strategic data models. Gather, understand data requirements from stakeholders to design and deliver analytics use cases (e.g. triggers). Deliver analytics PoCs that allow our businesses and clients to identify new opportunities.



Responsible to address business challenges in an actionable way by leveraging current and emerging data and analytical techniques.
- Proactively identify opportunities to derive higher returns with improved Data Quality. Review and identify data inconsistencies across consuming systems. Responsible for providing management and direction to cross-functional experts (pods) from analytics, technology, transformation and product management and key stakeholders across global functions and regions. Ensure implementation of consistent and effective management approach across the functional areas.
- Interface within the Detection Value Stream for all Change and Prioritization matters. Provide guidance and support to Leadership in the delivery of investment across technology, intelligence, and analytics to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, security and cost profile of FC.
