? Role Details

Position:
Junior AI Engineer (Python | APIs | LLMs | Agentic AI)

Work Mode:
Full-time Remote (Work From Home)

? Terms & Structure
- 1-year commitment required
- First 3 months: Training / Internship / Probation with a stipend of
₹5,000 per month
- Post-confirmation salary: ₹15,000 per month
- A ₹30,000 retention bonus
will be paid upon successful completion of 1 year

? Policies
- If leaving before completing 1 year, a
₹30,000 training cost recovery
applies
- 60-day notice period (or notice buyout option)
- Employment agreement will be signed

? Requirements
- Must own a laptop
- Secure internet connection is mandatory
- Must be from
Tamil Nadu, India
- Fluent in Tamil and English

? Qualifications




- Fresher or up to 1 year of software development experience
- Good knowledge of Python
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration
- Basic understanding of JSON, HTTP, and authentication (API Keys, OAuth, JWT)
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Eagerness to learn AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and workflow automation
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

⭐ Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask
- Exposure to OpenAI APIs or other LLMs
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Basic knowledge of AWS
- Knowledge of Docker
- Familiarity with AI Agents, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks
