About the Role:

A founding domain role owning the organic lead-generation engine for our clients: an AI-first, outcome-as-a-service offering where you set SEO/AEO strategy and exercise judgment over agent-assisted execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

1) Own SEO and AEO strategy end to end for our clients: the roadmap, the priorities, and the call

on what gets built. Execution is increasingly productized and agent-assisted; your value is

knowing what the system should do.

2) Drive SEO across its full breadth, from technical foundations (crawlability, indexation, schema,

Core Web Vitals, site health) through content strategy (topic clusters, query coverage, topical





authority mapped to wholesaler and distributor buyer intent) to the on-page and authority work

that compounds both.

3) 4 to 7 years in B2B lead generation, with hands-on ownership of organic (SEO/AEO) strategy and lead outcomes.

4) Get clients found in AI search (ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, etc.) Own the playbook from

query fan-out modeling, answer-first content structuring to entity building and citation share-

of-voice tracking

5) Partner with product and engineering to define what gets productized versus kept manual, so

the service scales as software.

6) Own direct client relationships as their primary point of contact: reporting, expectation-

setting, escalation handling, and renewal influence.

7) Explain lead-generation strategy and results clearly to client stakeholders, and keep accounts

confident as the organic engine matures.
