Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships while partnering with procurement, finance, collections, and operations teams to ensure seamless commercial execution.
- Resolving complex billing, invoicing, procurement, and payment-related issues to improve client satisfaction and revenue realization.




- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and support end-to-end commercial processes.
- Monitoring commercial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring process compliance across client accounts.
- Leveraging CRM and financial systems to track account activities, generate insights, and support business decision-making.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in client-facing commercial operations, account management, customer success, billing, procurement, or revenue operations.
- Robust understanding of billing, invoicing, collections, procurement, subscription-based business models, and revenue realization processes.
- Experience managing complex client interactions and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and financial systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
