Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Jaipur. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, structural requirements, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors; monitoring project timelines; and maintaining site documentation and reports. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving technical issues, enforcing safety protocols,



and supporting smooth project execution from initiation to completion.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong on-site execution and supervision skills, with experience managing day-to-day construction activities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills to ensure materials, workmanship, and processes meet required standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and should preferably be trained as civil engineers.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building codes.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, site reporting, and use of relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently on-site, adhere to safety regulations, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
