Role Description
The Brand Relations Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, creators, and key brand partners, as well as identifying new collaboration opportunities that align with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and onboarding influencers, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating campaign deliverables,



and ensuring content meets brand guidelines and performance targets. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to develop influencer strategies, track campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and optimize future initiatives. The Brand Relations Manager will also handle communication with stakeholders, manage timelines, and proactively resolve any issues related to influencer campaigns.

Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or account management, preferably within an advertising or digital agency environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), creator ecosystems, and trends in digital content and user acquisition.
