Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Trikuta Global Technologies is looking for a professional, articulate, and client-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing accurate information on immigration programs, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the initial consultation and profile-launching process.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

· Understand client requirements and provide accurate preliminary information on Canada Permanent Residency (PR) visa programs and other immigration pathways.

· Guide eligible clients through the profile-launching and onboarding process.

· Respond to customer enquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure appropriate follow-up.

· Maintain accurate client records, call notes, and communication updates in the company system.

· Coordinate with internal sales, documentation,



and visa-processing teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

· Build and maintain solid, trustworthy relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Meet assigned customer-service, call-quality, and follow-up targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Proven experience in customer service, call centre, or BPO operations is mandatory.

· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

· Strong customer-handling, active-listening, and problem-solving abilities.

· Working knowledge of Canada PR visa categories and other immigration programs is preferred.

· Familiarity with client-profile launching or immigration-consultancy processes is an advantage.

· Ability to manage multiple client interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

· Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications is preferred.
