Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the assigned area.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Identify and acquire recent customers across industrial segments.
- Expand business with existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

2. Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with OEMs, fabricators, aluminium extrusion companies, appliance manufacturers, furniture manufacturers, and industrial customers.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand business needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize annual business agreements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

3. Dealer & Distributor Management
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Drive dealer productivity and sales performance.
- Ensure adequate stock availability at distributor locations.




- Conduct dealer training and engagement programs.

4. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Territory Sales Managers/Sales Executives.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct joint customer visits and provide field coaching.
- Identify training and development needs for the sales team.

5. Technical & Commercial Support
- Coordinate with the Technical Service team for product demonstrations, approvals, and customer trials.
- Support customers in selecting suitable powder coating products.
- Assist in resolving technical and commercial issues promptly.
- Promote new products and value-added coating solutions.

6. Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and business plans.
- Track order pipeline and conversion.
- Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS, sales reports, and customer visit reports.
