About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-driven Product Listing, Inventory & Business Analytics Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, solving business challenges, and driving operational excellence through insights and analytics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product listings across multiple marketplaces, monitoring inventory, analyzing business performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces and internal systems.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, pricing, specifications, attributes, and images are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor listing quality and resolve catalogue-related issues promptly.




- Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for timely product launches.

Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels across marketplaces and warehouses.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to maintain optimum stock availability.
- Analyze inventory movement to identify stock shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products.
- Support inventory planning and replenishment activities.

Business Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, and operational performance to generate actionable insights.
- Support business planning and demand forecasting using historical data.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Identify trends, business opportunities, and operational improvement areas through data analysis.
