The Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain is a senior leadership role accountable for the end-to-end execution of clinical supply chain operations supporting Amgens global clinical portfolio. This leader will establish operational rigor, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing organization that delivers reliable, inspection-ready execution across planning, materials management, logistics, and customer service.

The role requires an executive mindset, combining deep technical expertise, disciplined operational leadership, and the ability to influence and partner effectively across a complex, global matrix organization.

This role will collaborate closely with Amgens Development Supply Chain teams located globally.

Key Responsibilities





The Senior Manager leads a broad portfolio of clinical supply chain execution activities with accountability for people, process, and performance.
- Lead the Development Supply Chain execution team, with end-to-end accountability for clinical material demand execution, packaging order conversion, and global distribution. Oversee demand integration into SAP, clinical order release, and full material lifecycle management, including expiry, obsolescence, and end-of-study disposition, to ensure timely and reliable delivery of investigational products.
- Provide solid people leadership and operational governance while driving continuous improvement across inventory management, purchase order execution, NPI readiness, and compliant execution of temperature-controlled and specialty shipping requirements.
