We are seeking an experienced
Project Sales Manager
to drive business growth through project and institutional sales within the
Electrical, Lighting, Building Materials, or related industries
. The ideal candidate will have a strong network among architects, interior designers, builders, developers, project management consultants (PMCs), and MEP consultants, with proven expertise in specification selling and project-based sales.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, influencing product specifications, and managing the complete sales lifecycle for institutional and project-based customers.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project and institutional sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders,



developers, PMC firms, MEP consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Promote products through specification selling, ensuring inclusion in project specifications during the planning and design stages.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and project tracking to negotiations, order closure, and post-sales coordination.
- Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects and engage stakeholders early in the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical documentation for customers.
- Monitor project pipelines, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
