Description
- We are looking for a hands-on Lead Accountant with 6 7 years of experience to manage the end-to-end accounting function for our India operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end close, statutory compliance, GST and tax filings, balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, and continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate should be technically robust, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) required.
- CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience
- 6 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience handling end-to-end accounting in a multinational or technology/SaaS company preferred.
- Strong exposure to month-end close, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.




- Experience with shared services or global finance teams is desirable.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/IGAAP).
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Good understanding of internal controls and reconciliation processes.
