Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pouch-making machines efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
- Set up machines according to pouch specifications, including size, seal type, and material.
- Produce various pouch types such as:
- Stand-Up Pouches
- Three-Side Seal Pouches
- Center Seal Pouches
- Zip Lock Pouches
- Spout Pouches
- Gusset Pouches
- Ensure proper sealing, cutting, perforation, and zipper application as per product requirements.
- Perform machine changeovers, setup, and adjustments for different production jobs.
- Monitor product quality and conduct regular quality checks during production.
- Identify and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
- Follow GMP, BRCGS, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
