Job Description - EQA
- Responsible for Engineering Assurance and handling of Change controls, Deviations, CAPAs, Internal and external Quality Audits.
- Responsible for ensuring the activities performed by Engineering group in compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Responsible for the qualification of equipments, facility and utilities of projects and product introductions into the exisiting facilities.
- Ensure PM (Preventive Maintenance) and calibration of instruments schedules are created, approved, and executed on schedules.
- Ensure evaluation and qualification of vendors for GMP-critical equipment and engineering services are upto date.
- Review and approve the engineering related documents, P&IDs;, layouts, protocols, QRAs, schedules, SOPs, General control of records and breakdown analysis reports etc.
- Review and approve qualification documents (SLIA,URS, FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) of equipment, utilities, and facilities.
- Handling of deviations associated to engineering and to support investigation for identification of root causes and deriving the appropriate CAPAs.
- Review and assess the change control proposals for equipment, utilities, and facility modifications.
