Job Role: ServiceNow BA - GRC/SecOps

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GRC/IRM processes (Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, etc.)

Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements

Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and gap analysis sessions

Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

Work closely with ServiceNow developers/architects to ensure accurate solution design and delivery

Support implementation of:

Risk Management

Policy & Compliance

Audit Management





Third Party Risk Management (optional)

Ensure alignment with industry best practices and governance frameworks

Support testing (UAT), defect analysis, and sign-offs

Assist in data migration, reporting, and dashboard requirements

Prepare and maintain documentation: BRD, FRD, process flows, SOPs

Provide support during go-live and hypercare phases

Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements

Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow projects

Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules

Robust understanding of:

Risk Management lifecycle

Compliance frameworks

Policy management processes

Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
