Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Job Summary

Lucknow Builders is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Candidates with experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or property sector will be preferred.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, promoting the company's residential and commercial projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating site visits, and contributing to the organization's business growth through office-based and field activities.





Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop strategies to increase business opportunities and customer acquisition.

Client Relationship Management
- Meet prospective customers to understand their construction and property requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and personal meetings.
- Ensure prompt follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

Sales & Customer Consultation
- Explain the company's construction services, residential and commercial projects, pricing, and payment plans.
- Assist customers throughout the enquiry, negotiation, and booking proces
