Job Description:

A ServiceNow Project Manager leads the end to end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, defining scope, timelines, and resources while managing stakeholders, risks, and budgets, often using Agile/Scrum methods, coordinating technical teams (developers, architects, BAs),



and ensuring project alignment with business goals, requiring strong communication, PMP/Scrum Master certifications, and deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, etc., to deliver successful platform transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, and roadmaps; manage scope, budget, and resources for ServiceNow projects.

Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates to clients and senior leadership.

Team Leadership: Coordinate cross functional teams (developers, BAs, QA, architects) and foster collaboration.

Methodology Adherence: Implement and guide teams in Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating ceremonies like stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Key Qualifications:

8+ years of qualified experience.

ServiceNow platform expertise.
