Role Description
The E-commerce Executive role at Shyr Beauty is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory coordination, pricing updates, and order monitoring across online platforms. The E-commerce Executive will track sales performance, analyze customer data, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize campaigns, promotions, and website content. The role also involves managing online customer accounts, coordinating with logistics for smooth order fulfillment, and working closely with internal teams to improve user experience and revenue growth. The individual in this role will support cross-functional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent, high-quality online customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to handle online marketplace accounts,



maintain product catalogs, and manage platform relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage promotions, and support conversion-focused initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate e-commerce projects.
- Additional qualifications: proficiency with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa or similar), solid Excel and reporting skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a quick-paced, beauty-focused environment.
- Beneficial qualifications: prior experience in beauty or lifestyle e-commerce, understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, paid campaigns, social commerce), and a relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
