About MS Wave Studio

MS Wave Studio is a contemporary architecture and interior design practice delivering bespoke residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and technically sound Executive Assistant to work directly with the Principal Architect.

This is not a conventional administrative role. We are seeking someone who understands architecture and interior design, can communicate confidently with clients, coordinate projects,



and ensure seamless execution between the office, site, consultants, vendors, and design team.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of coordination for the Principal Architect.
- Attend client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on all action items.
- Accompany the Principal Architect for client meetings and site visits.
- Understand project discussions and communicate requirements accurately to internal teams.
- Handle client calls, resolve routine queries, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Track project timelines, approvals, pending decisions, and deliverables.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation with a technical understanding.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, presentations, and project reviews.
- Maintain project documentation
