We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer with a solid background in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The role requires expertise in fabrication processes, manpower management, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities in the PEB manufacturing facility.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, drilling, bolting, blasting, painting, and assembly operations.
- Optimize machine utilization and improve production efficiency.
- Supervise and manage shop-floor manpower, ensuring optimum productivity.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.




- Review production drawings and fabrication details before execution.
- Minimize material wastage and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily production reports and MIS for management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.

Required Technical Skills:
- Robust knowledge of PEB manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, bolting, painting, and assembly.
- Experience working with EOT cranes, CNC cutting machines, automatic welding lines, and fabrication equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret PEB fabrication drawings, GA drawings, shop drawings, and erection plans.
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity utilization.
- Familiarity with quality standards and safety practices in steel fabrication.
